At Bazaar Mart, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or peak shopping seasons.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Lahore: 1–3 Business Days
Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–5 Business Days
Remote Areas: 4–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in eligible areas across Pakistan. Availability of COD depends on the delivery location and courier coverage.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bazaar Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
